She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McFarlin and Sally McFarlin (Jones); her son Justin Todd Banasiak; and her sister Mary Lou Tidwell. She is survived by: her husband Barnabas Banasiak; her children, Amanda Padayao (Andrew), Sally Banasiak and Phillip Scott Banasiak (Brian Saubert); her grandchildren, Aubrey Rose Banasiak, Stella Rose and Andrew Justin Padayao; and her siblings, Caroline Williams and Robert McFarlin.
