She is survived by: her children, Donald (Patti Williams), Mark (Tammey), David (Zuzanne), Denise (Erik Benson) and Michael; her grandchildren, Christopher (Krystal), Nicole (Jerry), Mark (Marcie), Amanda (Chase), Dustin, David (Joe), Cody and Matt (Desiree); and her brothers, Ralph (Carol), Royce Adkins and Steve. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
