He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Tamayo; his children, Herman Fraga (Maria), Jose Jesus "Chuy" Fraga (Maggie), Ricardo Fraga, Norman Fraga (Rick Portillo), Alicia Ester Baltazar (Jose "Ito") and David Fraga (Luremny); his grandchildren, Joel, Noelia, Jessica, Alejandro, Adriana, Gabriella, Sophia, Vidany and Merad; his great grandchildren, Aleck and Nia; and his siblings, Gabino, Paulino, Antonio, Porfiria, Francisco and Beto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
