He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia Vazquez and Elise Vazquez; his parents, Freddy Vazquez and Carmen Cruz; his siblings, Manuel DeJesus, Destiny Petrov, Vanessa Vazquez, Freddy Vazquez and Alize Vazquez; his nieces and nephews, Sheymalis DeJesus, Yaneli DeJesus, Amaya DeJesus, Phillip Ortiz, Armani Rosario and Delani Holloway; his partner Karol Loza; and his daughter Ellyse Vazquez.
