Rina leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Rina’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Rina will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vasilios; her son Konstantinos; her brother George Kekos (Dina); and her brother-in-law George (late Carole). She is survived by: her son Theodore (Georgia); and her sibling Pota Anastopoulos (late Pondeli).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (893 Church Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Arlington Cemetery (401 E Lake St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
