She is survived by: her children, Megan McDonough-Hartwell (Eddie), Thomas McDonough (Parisa) and Michael McDonough; and her grandchildren, Bridget, Molly Rose, Maggie, Joe, Connor and Jack.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ the King Church (9235 S Hamilton Ave, Chicago, IL 60643). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
