He was predeceased by: his brothers, Frank "Pancho" Carrillo and James Carrillo (Sylvia Van Witzenburg); and his parents, Antonio Carrillo and Guadalupe Carrillo. He is survived by: his wife Helen Haynes; his children, Shane "Kat" Carrillo and Colleen A. Carrillo; and his siblings, Antonio Carrillo, Vera Carrillo Cedano (Jose) and Michael Carrillo (Martha).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (10134 S Longwood Dr, Chicago, IL 60643).
