He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jean Carroll (Tim), Laura Canavan (Bob), Jenny Sagrati (Tony) and Meghan Anderson (Tim); and his grandchildren, Katie, Kevin, Michaela, Marty, Jake, Nate, Mary Eileen, Audrey, Evan and Owen.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cajetan Church (2445 W 112th St, Chicago, IL 60655). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
