He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kwiatkowski; his daughter Amanda Dierking (Greg); his grandchildren, Scarlet, Watson and Autumn; his brother David Kwiatkowski (Marcy); his nieces and nephews, Dean, Michael, David, Steven and Diana; and his great-nephew Ayden.
