He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley; his son David Polinski; and his parents, Leon and Marie. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Bierut (Wes); his granddaughters, Jennifer Boers (Edward), Michelle Kunath (Michael) and Heather Polinski; his great grandchildren, Jack, Lukasz, Logan and Josh; his brother Paul Polinski (Paula); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Allyson and Alexis.
