Sandra leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sandra’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Sandra will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen Kozak and Anne Kozak; her children, Rocco La Salvia Jr. (Teri), Anthony La Salvia (Nicole) and Dina La Salvia Shepard; and her grandchildren, Samantha Rudnicki (Anthony), Joseph La Salvia (Marilena) and Richard Shepard (Stacy).

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rago Brothers Funeral Homes. A prayer was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
