She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Pete; her children, Peter Joseph (Gia) and Leslie; her grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas Kish, Luka and Natalie Schurla; her brother Mike Caputo; and her parents, Joe "Popeye" Caputo and Eleanor. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home (544 W 31st St, Chicago, IL 60616). A prayer was held on Tuesday, July 28th 2026 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jerome Croatian Catholic Church (2823 S Princeton Ave, Chicago, IL 60616).
