It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Beiza Lopez of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Guadalupe Lopez; her brothers, Ruben Lopez, Jesus Lopez and Angel Lopez; and her daughter-in-law Veronica Soto.
She is survived by: her children, Lourdes Navarro (Sergio), Iduvina Hernandez (Roberto), Marisela Gracia (Carlos), Loris Sil (Mateo), Jose Soto, Esmeralda Hernandez (Alfonso), Alma Rodriguez (Roberto), Rafael Beiza (Maria) and Linda Beiza (Gabriel); and her sister Rosalinda Lopez. She is also survived by grandchildren, her 30 precious great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the River Woods Funeral Chapels (205 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
