He is survived by: his sons, Scottie and Sean (Melissa Loew); his mother Janeal Simale (Randy); his brothers, Anthony Cook (Elsa), Steven Cook and Brandon Cook; and his stepsiblings, Toni Marie Broms, Matthew Simale (Esmeralda), Christopher Simale (Theresa) and Kim Simale (Thanasis). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
