He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Dorota; his son Konrad Kadzielawski; and his siblings, Konstanyty, Marian, Piotr and Andrzej.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (4800 N Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60630). A prayer was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 9:45 AM at the St. Constance Church (5843 W Strong St, Chicago, IL 60630). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
