He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria "Tory" Taylor Smith and Natalie Tatum Smith; his father Jack Smith; his wife Rhonda; his stepfather Bill Johnson; and his sisters, Jackie Corso (Ken Corso) and Betsy Miller (Jeff Miller). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fourth Presbyterian Church (126 E Chestnut St, Chicago, IL 60611). A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
