He is survived by: his girlfriend Shirley Kolden; his grandchildren, Steven Pawlak (Kathy), Darrin (Susan), John, Tina Henn (Ken) and Mark Wolinski (Susan); and his daughter-in-law Jackie. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, fourteen great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
