She was predeceased by: her sons, Elias Cruz Sr. and Jose. She is survived by: her husband Jose Mauras; and her children, Benjamin, Juana, Ana, Carmen, Angel, Luis, Enrique and Edwin. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, as well as a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Alvarez Funeral Directors (2500 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60639).
