She was predeceased by: her father Robert William Fuhr; and her sister Robin Frieden. She is survived by: her daughter Kayti Eileen Childers (Ryan); her grandson Rory William Childers; her sister Susan M. Fuhr; her nephews, Brody and Griffin Scholl; and her friends, Susan Langan and Barb Jwanowski.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Terri's honor to the QC Animal Welfare Center or the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation.
