We are sad to announce that, on September 13, 2022, Theodore R. Johnson (Chicago, Illinois), born in Monmouth, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Aleck Johnson and Vera Adeline Fahlund; his brother Delbert Leroy Johnson; and his mother-in-law Bernice Foley King (Tom). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ann Louise Johnson; his nephews, Gregory Alan Johnson and Bryan Noel Johnson; his niece Crystal Ann Johnson (Howard Bollack); and his caregiver Gerald.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made payable to "Hope Foundation" in honor of Ted and sent to JourneyCare 405 Lake Zurich Rd. Barrington, IL 60010.
