He is survived by: his parents, Martha Jane Balk and Thomas Richard Godlewski Sr.; his siblings, Thomas Richard Godlewski Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Godlewski; his nieces and nephews, Ava Godlewski, Maria Godlewski, Stephanie Godlewski, Riley Hipp and Eli Hipp; and his friends, John Reynolds, Mark Hedstrom and Michael Jungblut.
