He is survived by: his father Theophilous Jake Davis (Kendall Henderson) of Chicago, IL; his great-grandparent Ivory Arnell Austin of Dallas Texas; his grandparents, Jesse Austin, Jr. (Beatrice) of Calumet City, IL, Pauline Henderson of Chicago, IL and Portia Davis-Earls of San Diego, CA; his sisters, Lataveya Oatis of Chicago, IL and Tonisha Henderson of Danville, IL; his aunts and uncles, Gloria Watkins, William Barret (Linda), Rebecca Davis (Dwayne), Dorothy Davis, Shataundria Carpenter (Jeffrey), Charlottresia Williams (Herbert), DuShaunda Spiva (Johnny), Donnie Henderson (Victoria), Antonious Davis, Neneka Henderson, Shavonn Taylor (Marcus), Lamart Clay (Latrice), Salena Miller (Walter) and Charles Terry III; and his nephews, Treyvone Oatis, Ottie Snipe and Damari Logan. He is also survived by cousins, friends, and co-worker.
