With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas C. Hellmann of Chicago, Illinois, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Leonard. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Hellmann (Mary Hellmann); his children, Lena, Hanna (Christian Apitsch) and Theo; and his siblings, Jeffery (Debbie), Jill, Tim (Kim) and Brian Hellmann (Sarah). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

In alignment with Tom's spirit of generosity, the family is asking for donations in lieu of flowers.
