He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Mary Smith; and his brothers, Eugene, Henry and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his daughters, Shelley Wing, Donna Lewis (Erich) and Tatiana Smith (Taylour); his brother Robert Smith (Margie); his grandchildren, Jaqueline Lewis, Victoria Eulingbourgh, Evin Eulingbourgh, Anderson Eulingbourgh, Jalen Lewis, Joseph Lewis and Adia McGee; and his great grandchild Johnny Morton.
