He was predeceased by: his sister Sally Cuplin. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Burck); his children, Lisa Ceddia (Mike) of St and Jeremy Pawelkiewicz (Rebeca Torres) of Tampa, FL; his grandsons, Mark Ceddia of Clarion, PA and Luke Ceddia of Ames, IA; his siblings, Helen Leap of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Kasimier of Lutz, FL; his brothers-in-law, Doug Burck of Stockton, IL and Craig Cuplin of Freeport, IL; his nephew Warren Leap (Lydia); and his niece Aimee Wunluck (Jeff).
