She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Stanek; and her child Luci Palumbo (Ron). She is survived by: her children, Alan Stanek, Lynn Andersen (Tim), Lori Vacchiano and Gary Stanek (Kimbra); her grandchildren, Kristy, Kelly, Kyle, Melissa, Ashley, Brittany, Spencer, Erik, Giana and Dominic; and her sister Helen Boettger. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Two Holy Martyrs Parish - St. Symphorosa (6135 S Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60638). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
