He was predeceased by: his father William J. Allen, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Allen; his wife Jenifer Platz; his children, Nicole and Jex Allen; his brother Cameron Allen; his stepsiblings, Deirdre Sullivan, Courtney, Jimmy and Caroline Fairchild; and his niece Lucy Allen.
