It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zlata Zakic (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Mato Zakic; her sibling Stefica Fijacko (late Jure); Dagica Ilijas (late Milan). She is survived by: her son Steve Zakic (Theresa); her grandson Anthony Zakic; and her sibling Milica Filor (late Manfred).
