A prayer was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Hyacinth Basilica (3635 W George St, Chicago, IL 60618).
