He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carr and Dorothy Carr (Smith); and his siblings, Earl, Ron Carr and Janet Dickerson.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Carol Carr, Crystal Ramos (Nick) and Cary Carr (Gina); and his stepchildren, Phil Miller (Linda) and Julie Hines (Jeff). He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also big into genealogy and wrote his biography during Covid.
