He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Jurick (Anita), Steve Jurick (Shauna) and Kimberly Maddox (Kevin); and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Jurick, Jacob Jurick, Austin Moberly (Rylee), Emily Moberly, Shane Jurick, Ryan Jurick, Erica Richardson (Blake), Emma Martin and Matthew Martin.
