He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harvey and Lois Harvey (Reed); and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Michael Lincoln (Julie L.) of Ottawa, IL and Julie A. Placher (Gary) of Chillicothe, IL; and his sister Barbara Page of Effingham, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
