It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Withrow of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cotton and Karen Roese Cotton; her pets, Buzz, Shalee and Fred; her grandparents, Bill, Sis Roese, L. T. and Blanche Cotton; her uncle Denny Roese; and her aunt Carla Roese.
She is survived by: her brother Dr. Brad Cotton (Karen); and her aunts and uncles, Lucy Roese, Jerry, Cindy Roese, Don Roese and Jan Delp.
