It is with sadness that the passing of Mary A. Klein of Chillicothe, Illinois is shared. Mary, born on July 23, 1926, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Mary will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Mary by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Mary is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Mary’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albin T. Ahlstrom and Florence Ahlstrom (Seely); her spouse Merle F. Klein; and her sister Jean. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Wiessner (Barry), John Klein (Lori) and Scott Klein (Kristie).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weber-Hurd Funeral Home (1107 N 4th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in her name may be made to the American Heart Association.
