She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert and Rosella Moorhead (Valentine); her husband Delbert L. Kramer; and her sister Wanda Hall. She is survived by: her children, Kurt Kramer (Kathryn Halleen) of Elk City, OK and Kayllene Clymer of Peoria, IL; and her grandchildren, Haley Kramer, Oliver and Keatyn Clymer.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Whinery Funeral Service and Cremation Center (403 W Country Club Blvd, Elk City, OK 73644). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairlawn Cemetery (1607 N Washington Ave, Elk City, OK 73644).
