He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Carroll and Jessie Carroll (Windaugh). He is survived by: his wife Janet Jensen of Chillicothe; his sons, Eric Carroll (Shannon) of Tinley Park and Ian Carroll of Newnan, GA; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Jace, Trey, Cecilia and Camden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
