She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Rathbone (Lois) and Elsa Wilkinson (Ferguson); and her daughter April Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Amy Gaffney of Washington and Jay Krudwig (Tonia) of Sandwich, Illinois; her grandchildren, Oliver, Declan, Landon Gaffney, Logan Starkweather, Jaxon and Hudson Krudwig; and her brother Rick Rathbone (Emie). She is also survived by two nephews; and one niece.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Weber-Hurd Funeral Home (1107 N 4th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials in Renee's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
