He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Sheaffer and Edna M. Sheaffer (Vicary). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Matthew, Adam, Karilyn and Kassandra; and his sister Donna Murphy. He is also survived by one nephew and two nieces.
