He was predeceased by: his sister Sheila Kircher. He is survived by: his wife Lori Radley; his children, Garrett Kennedy (Cat), Cortney Siekmann (Jacob) and Jessie Kennedy (Kaleb Rynerson); his grandchildren, Aiden, Lillian, Oliver and Hudson; his parents, Frank Radley and Shirley Radley; his brothers, Ron Wright (Trudy), Kenny Radley (Mindi) and Charlie Radley; and his siblings' children, Tori, Kendra, Emily, Lindsey, Justin, Josh and Christopher.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
