We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2025 we had to say goodbye to William Brennan of Chillicothe, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brennan and Margaret Brennan (Moore); his wife Brenda Faye Shaddy of Mark's Catholic Church; his son Patrick Allen Brennan; and his sister Kate Hopkins.
He is survived by: his sons, William James Brennan, II (Renee) of Chillicothe, IL and Edward Ray Brennan of Chillicothe, IL; his pet Ace; and his sister Pat Gruber of Kettering, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Weber-Hurd Funeral Home (1107 N 4th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523). Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (1216 N 6th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523).
Memorials in Bill's name may be made to the Fred Meister Chillicothe Community Firefighter's Association.
