He was predeceased by: his father David L. Creek. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Creek (Binkley); his father-in-law Rex Livengood of Chrisman; and his siblings, David Creek (Bridget) of Chrisman and Amy Cason (Jerry) of Plainfield, Indiana. He is also survived by three nieces and three great-nephews.
