He is survived by: his wife Margaret Barker (Peggy); his daughters, Tiffany, Gracie and Sadie; his aunt Carol Reeder; his cousins, Angie, Allison, Anna, Peggy and Betty; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Cook, Jane Wilson (Mike), Tom Cook (Sandy), John Cook, Larry Cook (Bonnie), Tim Cook (Bernadette) and Bob Cook (Theresa). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
