James E. Shuler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James E. Shuler of Chrisman, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Margaret D. Shuler (Sederberg). He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Zimmer (Rodney) of Tuscola, Jill Sanders (Jeff) of Ogden and Jana Kelly (Bob) of Villa Grove, Illinois; his sister Pat Tiernan (Jim) of Benton, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Kyle Zimmer, Emma Zimmer, Brandon Kelly, Noah Kelly and Ethan Sanders.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Templeton Funeral Home - Paris (600 E Court St, Paris, IL 61944). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Chrisman Methodist Church.
