He was predeceased by : his parents, Kermit Halden and Bertha Louise Frailey (Carnes); and his granddaughter Aubrie Anna Broxham. He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Sue (Craig); his children, Karen Frailey (John Wallace) of Simpson, IL, Doug Frailey (Stacey) of Westfield, IN, Susan Frailey Broxham (Phil) of Elgin, IL and David Frailey (Tami) of Marshall, IL; his stepchildren, LaRinda Alexander (Steve) of Chrisman, Craig Kindred (Missy) of Chrisman and LuCinda "Cindy" Brazelton (Dillon) of Chrisman; and his sister Eleanor Cole of Champaign, IL.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

“Just saw this. Have so, so many memories of Doc and every one of them reminds me of what a wonderful man he was. I knew him in the 60s and 70s mostly. Whether he was treating an animal, playing softball, or just shootin' the breeze, he always made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me. To this day I still let people know the gold standard in vets is Doc Frailey. He truly CARED about people (and animals!); a trait not so easily found nowadays. Heartfelt condolences - Paul Perkinson”
