He is survived by: his wife Carol Bush (Carr); his children, Thomas Bush (Amber), Gabrielle Bush and Kara Day (Jay); his grandchildren, Dakota Smith (Tabbi), Austyn Meadows (Timothy), Kenzie Jordan (Dakota), Dennis Bush (Amelia) and Colt Alstat; his great grandchildren, Aspyn, Memphis, Quinton and Rendley; his brother Thomas Bush; and his sister-in-law Earla Cotter. He is also survived by several sister-in-laws, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
