He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Cesar and Irene Cesar (Orr); and his wife Sally Ann Cesar (Tindall). He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Sargent (Scott) of Christopher and Kimberly Ann Cesar of Christopher; his grandchildren, Alex Sargent, Mareesa Ratajczyk and Adrian Ratajczyk; his great grandchild Averie Shae Ratajczyk; and his brothers, Phil Cesar (Sonja) of Buckner and Danny Cesar (Kim) of Christopher.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to St Aloysius Sacred Heart Parish in Royalton.
