He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James and Nona Elva Shelby (Russell). He is survived by: his daughters, Malinda Pierce (Wayne Harris) of DuQuoin, Cindy Bradford (Richard) of Christopher and Crystal Tarr of Christopher; his grandchildren, Michael Scroggins, Ashley Bradford, Trevor Tarr, Richie Bradford (Angie) and Jonathan Pierce (Kaitlin Swain); his brother Dennis Estes (Carrie); his niece Brandi Estes; and his nephews, Jason Estes, Adam Estes and Josh Estes. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
