With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Borgra of Christopher, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Borgra and Frances Borgra (Ferrengo); his wife Carol Ann Borgra (Ondo); and his brother Richard Borgra (Bessie). He is survived by: his children, Joseph Borgra of Coello, Bill Borgra of Christopher, Dana Zeidler (Tim) of DuQuoin and Donna Prather of Christopher; his grandchildren, Steve (Audrey), Allison, Luke (Marisol), Laci, Clayton, Kortoney (Chris) and A. J.; his great grandchildren, River, Shiloh, Lucas, Junior, Lydia, Pierce and Kailyn; and his brother Tom Borgra (Paula) of Christopher.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (209 N Emma St, Christopher, IL 62822). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
