She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Morani and Mary Morani (Oldani); her husband Floyd Richard; her sister Shirley Cooper (Monty); her sons, Jim Richard and Chuck Richard; and her son-in-law Michael Shelby.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Richard (Angela) of Christopher, Lisa Richard of Carterville and Tina Shelby (Michael) of West Frankfort; her grandchildren, Dylan Richard (Belinda), Candie Golec, Cody Shelton, Miranda Melvin (Alex), Christopher Richard, Dustin Richard and Alexia Richard; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Daugherty, Damion Shelton, Kendyl Bilderback, Quinton Richard, Keira Richard, Stella Frailey and Wrenley Melvin.
For anyone wishing to donate flowers, Pattie requested instead to consider giving to the St. Joseph's Catholic Church to assist local families in need or to the St. Andrew's Catholic Cemetery.
