She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Scott, Jr.; and her parents, Walter V. Lesak and Anne P. Lesak. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Teresa Scott DeCiancio, Richard and Steven Scott; her brother John S. Lesak; and her nieces and nephews, John D. Lesak, Beth Lesak Charters, Kris Lesak, Milton, Stefo, Peretin and Teresa.
